Court notice 不单是只叫你罚欵吧？没有Court date? Something is missing

between the ticket and court notice. Usually the ticket allows to plead guilty and pay a fine OR plead not guilty. And you will receive a notice for court hearing. Maybe your jurisdiction is different. If it will not affect your insurance a lot, just pay the fine and get it over with.
