I am not arguing with you, I am just saying we didn't see the evidence, that's why we defer the conclusion to the judge or jury.

The most ridiculed case in US might be the old lady suing McDonald for coffee being too hot.  But even in that case the actual fact admitted to the court was that McDonald had more than 700 similiar cases of hot coffee injuring customers and they didn't make any changes.  So don't get to conclusions by reading the news report, which is not reliable.
