$300 + litigation cost

Business dispute usually does not include emotional damages.  What you can ask for is $300 and cost of court, lost income for the day, parking etc.  

Your trick is about suing the right party.  Walgreen is a national company, usually they need to register at your state corporate commision as a foreign corporation with a "registered agent".  You need to serve paper to this "registered agent" in order to make them appear in court.  Make sure you find out where to serve the paper.
