Anyone knows what would happen to a PR if he/ she were convicted of a crime (maybe felony), like robbery or even worse etc, in US? Would he/she be able to seek some protection from Chinese embassy, or would he/she be sent back to China, or would he/she receive any due punishment here in US? Thanks a lot for your help.
