Ask STP: How to mail Tax I owe

I finished the tax return and it showed I owe IRS some money as my employer didn't withhold much federal tax.

How should I mail the check to IRS? Shall I mail it to the same address as the Tax Return form? The instruction on the form said "Do not attach the payment to your return".
