ask STP about tax return

I came and worked at a university since March 2001. However, I paid the Federal tax in Jauary and Febiary of 2004.

I filled out the 1040EZ (because my spouse and child were in China in 2004).

Which form I should fill to get that part money back?

By the way, I applied I-140 for green card last year.
