Could you please let me know when you use web to track refund? I e-filed tax 12 days ago. I received state tax yesterday, but no federal refund yet (I always received federal refund before state refund). When I use web to track refund, it's said that "we have identified a problem in processing your refund" and same message from phone. I am wondering whether I should wait for more time or I have to call them. Thank you very much!
