Thanks, In IRS Publication 530, page 8, it says these closing costs (Abstract fees, Title insurance, etc.) that you can include in the original basis of your home. How is "basis" or adjusted basis reflected in itemized deduction in Schedule A? A publication from Bank of America actually says these closing costs are tax deductable.. Confused by the "basis"..Thx,
