非常感谢大家的建议。我已决定告他，不管是输是赢。不能容忍他再害别的人。
I don't care if he has a chance to read this or not. Shame on him to be advisor at US like this. I am looking for a lawyer now. More suggestions are needed here. I am not sure if a Chinese lawyer will be more helpful than the native lawyer.
