H1， 家属在一起。两个小孩。03年2月来美。
因为我claim the tax treaty, the federal tax is zero in W-2.
我该填1040NR 还是 1040 或1040A？？？
If 1040NR, the benefit for kids will be lost.
可是，原则上我们是RA(the second kid was born in US).
