1.there was no indication it’s an emergency vehicle. 

2. I followed the speed limit.  

3. There was no other lane allows me to give him space.

4. As soon as he flashed his light I pulled over.

5. He had no adequate judgement at the moment, he couldn’t identify the color of my vehicle correctly.
