紧急请求帮助，关于买房事宜 chungu

My son bought one bed + den condo in Toronto.  The Ad  indicates that the ceiling is 9 feet high. We have signed all documents for this purchase. The position day is Jan. 2, 2019. But when we saw this condo yesterday, we found that the ceiling is not 9 feet but 8 feet. The realtor admitted this is mistake. But this realtor did not want us to tell the owner and his company.  We pay the price based on  9 feet ceiling.  Floors 1-18 in this building are 8 feet high ceiling and  floor 19 and above are 9 feet ceiling.  We do not have enough time to deal with this issue before moving in this condo. Should we move in frst and then argue with the realtor?  In this case, please give me a suggestion how to handle this issue. Tank you so much in advance.
