Kitchen 装修期间水管爆，自住房。马里兰州

1. 自住房, 和 homedeHom sign 的kitchen 装修合同。

2. Homedepot 的subcontractors 来做的。

3. Contractors 拆了旧柜子和 sink , disconnected 上下水就走了，准备第2天来接着做。但第二天早上水管大量水喷出。喷水时contractors 还没来。淹了kitchen and basement.

4. 问题，contractor 说昨天走时水关好了。不应他们负责。我有什么办法？

5. 现在有三个公司收到了Claims. 我自己的Homw owner insurance company (Homedepot maneger 建议我filed). Homedepot 的insurance company,  ( homedeport filed) and contract 公司自己的insurance ( contractor filed). 怎么处理三个公司的Legal relationship?
