房東檢查權利必須寫進租約，否則很麻煩

我的房客的租約都寫明“landlord has tanent's permission without notice or attention to access all common areas in premise except tanent's assigned bed room during the business hour (9:00am － 5：00pm， Monday － Friday). 

他們必須給我access without notice的time window，否則我不租。

對bed room的access也有另一堆文字。

反正有文字保障我可以進入我自己的物業。房客不準無理反對。否則有argument時就麻煩了。例如房客故意找茬，說這裡有問題，那裡有問題，但是又不讓你進去修，到時又告你管理不慎，要求賠償之類。房東隨時可以進入的條款也杜絕了有人想租房子種大麻的可能。
