If I file the bankruptcy before I go back to china, will they ask me to pay the debt when I am in china? Also, do I qualify to file the bankruptcy? because I am not US citizen or PR. Is it a very complex process? Do I need to go to the court? If I didn't attend the court, what will happen? If I file bankruptcy and come back after 10 years, will they ask me to pay again? If I do not file bankruptcy and come back after 10 years, will they ask me to pay? Thank you for all your helps.
