更新下游泳池的问题，同时也请大家看看有没有什么问题

现在和卖家谈下这样的条件： Both Parties agree to 

 set aside 

?FIVE THOUSAND ($5000) ?in  escrow for 

any and all pool repairs (not improvements)

?. Escrow to be held at the closing title company. 

 

Buyers shall conduct pool inspection by a licensed contractor at a reasonable time beginning April 20, 2018,  but no later than May 20, 2018. Buyers shall provide Sellers with a copy of said inspection report within three business days from receipt of said report. ? Unless sellers provide a written objection to items listed as pool repairs within 3 days from their receipt of said report, the required monies to address pool repairs shall be disbursed from escrow to Buyers. 

 

 All other title company provisions related to the establishment and disbursement of a title company escrow account shall apply."

 

这个游泳池的问题是里面的pump, liner , heater什么的基本都2-3年内需要更换。但是这都属于improvement. 另外，根据字面的意思是不是就是这种维修必须经过seller同意？ 里面还有什么问题呢
