shall I pay traffic tickets?

I am on a business trip here for 2 months. I just got $350 speed ticket this weekend but I am leaving in 2 weeks.
If I do not pay the ticket, will it impact on my future trips to America, say, custom clearance??

I would appreciate your imput!
