lost h4 mean your are illigle to stay in US, but divorce law do not care this. it is two case, if immigration officer ask you to leave then you have to leav, divorce judge do not give you this order.
No mater you illigle stay or not, your hu*****and have to pay you.

if you are illigle and marry a citizen, you will be lligle again. divorce case take time, file a f1 will keep you lligle also.
