it is matter how can you bring your baby with you to go back to China, your baby is US citizen, it will be a big law suit if your hu*****and want his baby. but most likely your hu*****and will win if he file a suit in US. you got bring your baby to China without your hu*****and know it.

there has a little chance that you use your personl save to hire a good lawer that let judge put the baby under your custody and your hu*****and pays all your liveing expence and your baby's liveing expence ($1500/mon), it happens but hard.

no mater you got your baby or not, your hu*****and have to pay your liveing expence. so do not worry your liveing expence after divorce.
