how can I get child custody

I'm on H4 visa, my hu*****and want to file divorce and want my 15 month baby's custody, anyone knows if there is any chance I can get my baby's custody? I don't have job and my Visa is dependent on him ( he is on H1 now ), any advice is very appreciated
