What should I do?

I'm a married woman and I desparately want to marry a married man. He told me he could divorce. However, he signed an agreement with his wife that if he marries me after divorce, he will give 100% income to his wife? It's terrible. I am dying to marry this man, but I can't bear a man without money? Is he serious marrying me? Can his wife really do that (get 100% of his income after his divorce if I marry him)? I'm not young anymore and I really can't wait marrying this man. Please give me advices. How can I marry this man successfully? How can I prevent this agreement become legal? BTW, I'm in MD.
