us mattress

i bought a mattress from one small store. it sinks a little bit after two weeks. i went back to store to talk about this. they did not want to return it since their receipt did not say return policy. what can i do with this $1100.00 mattress. also the factory said that they don't want to take it bake because it does not demage.
