我不知道你案件的具体细节，只能告诉你一般做法。

首先，cheating是个很严重的指责，如果你没有120%的把握证明对方cheating，最好不要走那一步。

第二，你的目的是赢官司，证明对方cheating只是一个选择。实际上，zhengmingcheating有两步（1）they provided false information; AND (2) they knew the information was false. 

赢官司，只要证明（1）they provided false information就可以了。不需要证明（2）。对方的false 可以是理解错误，疏忽，或者cheating。一般来说，证明对方“they knew the information is false“比较困难，也没有必要。
