急！求助： 有关店面续约的事

坛里的高人请帮忙指点一下。我妹开的一个餐馆，租约快到期了，我们想跟房东谈有关减房租的事，结果房东直接发过来说他们做不到并要求我们搬走，由于各种原因，我们还是希望继续经营。请问现要怎么回复好？

Thanks for the response.  As I previously stated, our offer was to renew your lease at the current base rent for a period (possibly 2 years) prior to instituting annual increases of 3% for a total term of 5 years.  Considering this is not satisfactory to you and we are unwilling to provide any further concessions, I am forced to market your space for a replacement tenant and advise Michael Tomeo in our property management department that you will be vacating at the end of your current lease term

We appreciate your tenancy and I am sorry we are unable to work this out as your request for a rent concession is unreasonable in the eyes of our management team.
