I have had a very unpleasant experience with a chinese lawyer in east coast.
He didn't provide good legal help then I fired him, but he claimed he had done a lot in my case so he took a lot of my retainer away. The arbitration doesn't help because the committee of lawyers take whatever he said as true. I plan to sue the rotten rogue in malpractice suit. ANy body had similar experience? Why chinese lawyers prey on chinese???
