and there is no way to contact them to cancel my service.

如果合同里面没有允许你cancel service，对方不必提供cancel 的服务。到期不续就是了。

你拒付103元是不对的，因为对方给你了交友的机会，或者家电维修的保证，在那段时间里你没有交友或者没有维修家电，是你的问题。
