再次听了一遍DC DMV 的录音（1-202-737-4404， Option 2-1-1） The message （at the end of a long message) is this --  Tickets are not processed by issued agents in 21 days are automatically dismissed.

再请问， 我现在应该保存一些证据证明这个ticket已经超过21天还没有被process 吗？ 以便以后跟DC DMV交涉？
