给free last month rent是因为你终止租约的原因是房主需要用这个房子。

你终止租约的原因是租约到期，你要不要用这个房子不相干。

看看那个链接里面的two month notice的标题是“2 Month Notice to End Tenancy for Landlord's Use of Property”，而是另外的，比如“2 month notice not to renew tenancy according to lease”。

你给的two month notice不应该用这个。如果你用了，是你自己不当心。
