相关的合约內容

开店前本人与被告签了合约 (Partnership Agreement)。合约规定：俩人为合作伙伴（partner); 利润6:4分红， 债务5:5分担。以下为相关的合约內容：

Formulation                                                                                                                                                                            1. By this Agreement the Partners enter into a general partnership (the "Partnership") in accordance with the law of the State of Maryland.   

Right and Obligation                                                                                                                                                           6. Each Partner has equal power and responsibility on the management of the Partnership; each Partner has specific share of the Partnership's profit as specified based on Partner's Capital Contributions; each Partner has equal share and liablity for Partnership's debt and loss regardless of Partner's Capital Contribution.

Profile and Loss                                                                                                                                                                 14. Subject to the other previsions of this agreement, the net profits and losses of partnership for both accounting and tax purposes, will accrue to and be borne by partners according to the follwing schedules
