请教各位：在宾州。如果一对分居的夫妇，一方死亡，留下债务，他的家人file bankruptcy，it 是否影响另一方的财产。另一方有自己的房子，只有她的名字在房产证上。没有任何 joint account or  cosign any paper or a  loan wih him, they are separate for years but did not sign a separation agreement. With this situation, will spouse be liable to his debts?
