文件上的plea，是：“a formal statement by or on behalf of a defendant or prisoner, stating guilt or innocence in response to a charge, offering an allegation of fact, or claiming that a point of law should apply”，张师傅的指控是guilty。

可能你对plea的理解是“a request made in an urgent and emotional manner”，比如我们吃交通罚单，都会有选择： plead guilty or no contest。我可以选plead guilty，然后交罚款。

我记得在哪里看见张师傅说，不承认但尊重法院判决。这种说法我不清楚是什么态度。
