送达的文件有10页之多。第一页写了原告和被告名单（不止告了我，还有其它一系列相关业者），以及我要在一定的期限内做出反应。后面几页是法庭的表格（civil case information statement），最后几页是起诉的正文。文中提到被告属于3种情况：were the owners or were in control and operation of the premises。而我和这个premises没有任何关联。
