After you are dead, probate court ask following questions

1. is there a will ? holographic or witnessed.  

2.  if there is a valid will,  enforce the will (遗嘱继承）

3.  if there is no will, follow the law (法定继承）

请问，这个逻辑链里面，哪里有机会给法官看你的视频？

你的视频不是遗嘱（请把这句话在黑板上写一百遍）

借毛泽东的一句话，“法律”不是请客吃饭，不是绘画绣花，不知道法律，不要随便臆想给建议。

遗嘱，不管是holographic 还是 witnessed，当然要经过法庭认定才能有效。
