Here is a definition of "Present address" in our university websit:

Present Address: Even if you receive all your mail at a P.O.Box, indicate your residence address. INS has made very clear that your residence address is what should be written here, not an office, department, or work address.

As my mail address is still the same, does this mean I don't need to report INS the address changing? Thanks!
