H1b address changing

Hi,
Both my spouse and I are both H1b visa. We rent an apartment under both of our name till June, 2005. I have to move out of the apartment due to the conflict between us. But my mails still goes to that apartment and I sometimes back to the apartment to pick up the mails and try to work our marriage out. Do I need to report the INS that my address changed? Thanks a lot!
