你的起点就是错的。not probable  不是 “确定”，而是 “不太可能”。probable 也不是不确定，而是可能

"当 !(A > 50%) is true 的时候，不等于 !A <= 50%；  !A > 50% is true 的时候，确实 A<= 50。 所以你的推理严格讲是错误的。"

我从来没有说过 当 !(A > 50%) is true 的时候，不等于 !A <= 50% ， 请看清楚我的原文：

 

statement 1.  It is not probable that a white girl would use wechat.  means !(A > 50%), i.e. A <= 50%

statement 2.  It is probable that a white girl would not use wechat   means   !A > 50%  i.e.  A <=50%
