he himself did not commit any fault with regard to the custody, supervision or education of the minor.我怎么觉得魁省对父母的要求更苛刻呢，几乎所有的行为都可以关联到education

就我上面所述的例子，我可否认为是not commit any fault呢？或者说能否给我举一个这样的例子呢？
