养女-虽然没有legally adopt但是in theory there is legal obligation although very remote given the age of the girl etc.

最愚蠢的就是明明是自己亲生的孩子还不肯negotiate and settle -最后搞得上庭丢了脸，钱付了不算孩子也反目。
