California and Texas are not sharing driving records

CA is not part of the compact.  see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-Resident_Violator_Compact    So technically one can keep two DLs and two separate driving records.

即使LZ在两个州内都有居住一些时间，法律上一个人只能有一个永久居住点，理论上两个驾照里面有一个是虚假信息。具体犯了那个法律，我没时间去看这种小动作。
