it will take you some 2-3 half days.

If you lose, you will be given 10 days to move out.

If you are afraid of trouble, then move out to find new apartment.

If you are interested in justice, and want to know
who is the right side, and want others to know
if are not east to bully, go to court.

All depends on what you like.
