Do I have a case?

I got a phone notice in October from my company said
I was laid off. It was 2 weeks after I gave birth to
my baby and I was in 30 days maternity leave. My friend
told me there was a similiar case two years ago and that
lady's atternoy said it is illegal and got compensation
for her.

I want to know if I have the case. If yes, anybody
can recommend a good lawyer for me. Thanks in advance.
