US Immigration questions

My wife, a Chinese Citizen, ---
7/12/2004 B1 expired
7/14/2004 Changed to Student status.
Now applying for Green card through marrage though me, a US citizen.

Question: Can she leave US and be back? Will the 2-day difference cause her any problem on entrance of US? What is the worst case?
