求帮助，现在气死了

去年9月份，我们col-de-sac (总共5户人家）决定consolidate整个cod-de-sac的weeds control，所以我作为代表联系了几家公司报价。

其中有一家公司，各方面都不出色。价格也不低，服务也一般，所以完全不在我们考虑之内。和salesperson有过几次邮件往来以后，我就没考虑过他们。可是突然有一天他们来我们小区把我们的草地全喷了一遍药水。在我们每家门口留了张service paper。我看到我们家的service paper后，当即给所有邻居写信，问他们谁也收到了这样的纸。其中一个邻居会邮件说，他看到了，但上面写着conplimentary。我当时看了邻居的回信后，没有再仔细看自家的service paper上的内容。

之后我立即给和我联系的salesperson写邮件，说了这事。当时他回信如下：I am sorry about that do not worry about the invoice I do not know what happened but I will find out tomorrow just dis regard that invoice. 他发了这信以后没有再联系过我。


所以我就没有再把这事当回事。可是到了去年年底开始，这公司过一两个月就会联系我一次，要么给我寄账单，要么给我打电话，我每次都打电话给他们，把事情经过说一遍，每次接电话的女的，都说会去investiage。可是每次都没有下文。最近收到他们的又一次邮件，我仍旧把事情经过说了一遍，他们回信说：I pulled the original work orders and found them to have been audited for our services.   I have also spoke to Jeff and he had you disregard the invoices until he was able to investigate.  Mark Saagas confirmed the services through a mandatory audit process that verifies that you did indeed order the service.  I will not contact you again but the account will move to collections from this point moving forward. 

首先我确信我没有order过service，其次我不知道Mark Saagas是谁，更不知道他们如何confirm我order过，我觉得这公司就是个强盗公司！气死我了！

我把这事跟邻居说了，邻居建议我们先付了账单，否则不知道move to collection会对我的credit产生什么不好的后果。

但是我还是气啊！我觉得他们就是抢钱的。用无赖的手法，先是赖我order过service，再威胁我要move to collection。我要不要争一口气跟他们抗争到底？去小额法庭file一个case难不难，费很多时间吗？每家四十几块钱不是什么大事，不过就这么莫名其妙被人坑了一次我觉得非常不爽。
