第一次做seller financed house sale
地点:北加州.
文件有:
1) california residential purchase agreement
2) seller financing addendun and disclouse
由双方的专业agents 起草, 然后,去title company to close.

请教:
1) 上面做的这些工作够不够?
2) 需不需呀再请律师把关?
3) 若需律师,能否推荐一二个.
