Only bigger risk can bring back bigger return, that is what i believe his friend did with his money. Unfortunately, he coundn't make it. This is common for investors once they involve with stock market.

Sue might be a option at final. The best way for now is just giving friend some time to recovery.

I dont believe any one in this world will enjoy to lose money--any kind of money.
