买房遇到问题, 是私卖, 卖方在合同上写了as purchasers optiong, vendor will provide vendor take back mortgage for 5 years @3.25%,25 year ammortization.同时在合同上有this agreement is terminated unless the following conditions for the benefit of the purchaser are fufilled or waived: that any mortgage shown as to be arranged can be so arranged by the purchaser by 27,Aug,2014.
现在我们的银行因为不能进房估价而不能在这个日期前完成贷款,我们认为协议过期,应可自动退出。而我方律师在昨天不经我同意,居然waive 了我的贷款条件,今天又说不存在waive 的问题。因为卖方提供贷款,我现在必须用这个贷款,不能退出。
刚才律师通知我,对方要价3500 让我walk out.
