Please help marriage question!

hi, everyone, i am a B2 holder in the USA, if I married to my girlfriend now, who is an american citizen, can i fill my application here and get conditional greencard without going back to china to apply for it? if i can apply here, how long do i need to wait? i am in Los Angles, california. thanks very much!!!!!
