But on my ticket, I was told that I do not need go to the traffic school since I did nothing wrong in driving except no license at that time. Do I need plead gulity or No contest?

No contest does not mean gulity, right? 

 

I would like to explain what happened to the judge. I really made a mistake but I hope that the judge can reduce the penalty.

I have a very clear record since I came to USA. This is the first charge.
