ownership

We are filing divorce and it is not finalized yet.

I found a house I really like and want to buy it now. I understand the house would be the public property if I buy it before we get the divorce certificate.

I heard I can make my spouse to sign a deed to give up the ownership of the house. Where can I get the deed? Attorney, Agent or county office?
