回复：Dispute with real estate agent

Thanks everybody for your suggestions.I called his company, it didn't seem to help. His boss said they do not allow realtors in his company to do this. And the realtor became angry because he thinks that I caused him trouble in his company by telling his boss this thing, and he maybe get fired. He said he can not give us the money for now because his company may find out. Does anybody know any leagal action we can take if he refuse to pay? Do we need a lawyer? We do have some evidence like emails ( about the rebate thing).
